Big things coming soon!

[Conservatives for Freedom @Cons4Freedom]

The REAL Backer of reform!

[Thomas Massie @RepThomasMassie]

I’ve been informed that I’ll get a vote today at 5:15pm on my resolution to force a report of the slush fund that’s been used to settle claims of sexual misconduct by members of Congress using taxpayer money. A debate at approximately 4pm will precede the vote.

[Rep. Clay Fuller @RepClayFuller]

If you sexually abuse children, you should be put to death.

We must pass my Millstone Act to put down child predators for good.

It is now more important than ever to pass the SAVE America Act!!

🚨 BIG WIN FOR THE 4TH AMENDMENT 🚨
SCOTUS just ruled 6-3: when police pull your detailed location history from Google via a "geofence" warrant, that's a SEARCH under the Constitution.
Your movements are YOUR business — not a free database for the government to mine without real judicial limits.
The Founders didn't write "unreasonable searches and seizures" with an asterisk for Big Tech. Privacy doesn't expire just because you own a smartphone.

[Conservatives for Freedom @Cons4Freedom]

We built it. Conservatives for Freedom is now live — a hub for defending the First Five Amendments. Scorecards. Bill tracker. Campaigns. Document vault. The Constitution doesn't defend itself.

Announcing our rebrand: we are now Conservatives for Freedom. Our commitment to defending the First Five Amendments, holding Congress accountable, and fighting warrantless surveillance hasn't changed. The name just says it louder. Founded by @AydenforFL and @democraticmike

@AydenforFL Do we need to take your Twitter away?

Tonight, a major chapter in the surveillance state comes to an end. FISA authorities are going dark, proving that Americans can stand up and demand accountability from Washington.

The Constitution doesn't go dark. The Fourth Amendment doesn't expire.

This is a victory for privacy, civil liberties, and every American who refused to accept warrantless surveillance as normal.

[Conservatives for Freedom @Cons4Freedom]

WE DID IT!

[House Freedom Caucus @freedomcaucus]

FISA is set to expire today—but what does that mean for our national security and Americans’ privacy?🧵

President Trump says this is only a "short-term extension."

Washington has been promising "temporary" surveillance powers for decades.

FISA 702 has repeatedly been abused, used to spy on Americans, and expanded far beyond what voters were promised.

No extensions. No excuses. No more kicking the can down the road.

Let FISA expire and force Congress to finally debate real reforms that protect both national security and the Constitution.

[Jake Sherman @JakeSherman]

TRUMP wants a short-term extension of FISA while he searches for a new DNI. Pulte will remain in the job.

Democrats probably won't go for this.

But I bet @SpeakerJohnson tries either tomorrow or Friday.

No more government spying on law-abiding Americans.

We need to reform FISA 702.

And the spy guys need to get a warrant.

We need to put down the Surveillance State now.
