I was privileged to meet our AZ Governor Hobbs @GovernorHobbs today. A first for me in my 79 years. She visited our rural county party headquarters. #FourMoreYears
We don’t use Starlink for our responses inside Russia. We use Starlink to intercept jet-powered “shaheds” that attack our civilians and kill families.
Starlink wasn’t turned off – its speed was reduced. And when the speed was reduced, we were unable to intercept a certain number of jet-powered “shaheds.” We couldn’t use a tool that helps protect people. That’s very painful and frustrating.
We also use Starlink for mid-range strikes against enemy military targets in our temporarily occupied territories. We couldn’t do that when the restrictions were in place. And third, what matters most is people. Our warriors, who spend weeks and months on the front line, receive food and water delivered by drones using Starlink.
Has the speed been fully restored to what it was before? No. Is it being restored now? Yes.

If you live in Maricopa County and haven't received your mail ballot, you need to contact Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap's Office since his office mails out the ballots, NOT the Elections Department. Their # is 602.506.3535.
JUST IN: Judge Reyes takes note of Trump’s post re the golf course and asks whether the government is abandoning its original position that there has been no final decision. She’s also summoning @ASGWoodward to court Monday, presumably to address his disqualification motion.
And you are enamored of an addled octogenarian who is a convicted felon, an adjudicated rapist, and a puppet of Putin. Who’s the one divorced from reality?👇🙄
Under Trump, the United States has become one of the most corrupt, least trusted and a disrespected country around the world. Ranking right up there with Russia, China and North Korea. This is Trump making America no so great.
During a CBS News town hall with Michigan voters, Vice President JD Vance said "I've not once seen evidence that Donald Trump has enriched himself."
There’s evidence that Trump has gained billions as president. https://t.co/kV3F0NWIu4
A Republican Congress that won't investigate corruption, won't stop the tariffs, and won't end the war in Iran isn't a Congress. It's a fan club. Cancel the membership. Early voting is open in several states. Rally Saturday. #VoteEarlyOnNoKings
I think we should stop making fun of Katie Zacharia for being fired from her position as White House Press Secretary and instead focus on the incompetent President who appointed her in the first place.
What was the job interview?
What qualifications did she present that made the administration think she was a good choice?
Donald Trump is completely incompetent and corrupt, which is why he wants loyalists over qualified candidates.
A federal judge has threatened to sanction Trump for failing to sit for a deposition in the $10 billion lawsuit he filed against the BBC. https://t.co/Arv1IKKuF1
Does the burden shift?
I think this is the interesting thing in the DOJ's lawsuit against California over voter rolls.
Everyone who is registered to vote in California provided the proof of citizenship that is required under CA law and federal law:
They checked the box saying they're a U.S. citizen. And they signed a statement under penalty of law.
The federal government now says: we have strong suspicions that these 20,000 people are NOT citizens. But we don't have conclusive proof.
So the question is:
- Does the burden shift to the voter to provide MORE evidence of citizenship than is required by law in order to stay a valid voter? Or
- Does the burden rest with the government to conclusively prove not a citizen before taking any action against voter?
I've always understood it to be that election officials would treat all voters the same until we had conclusive proof to do otherwise.
I'd be surprised if the courts considered the government's "strong suspicion" to be enough to deny equal access to a constitutionally-protected right.
🧵Trump’s certification to Congress that a waiver of Russian sanctions “at this time is in the national interests” has not been published. Does it provide a rationale, beyond a bald assertion ? Let’s see it.
