Have you ever thought, "Whoa, that was amazing--I was in the exact right place at the perfect time!"? It's a great feeling, isn't it? That kind of #luck is ABSOLUTELY reproducible when you learn to use your inner GPS consistently: your intuition, moral compass, and centeredness.
Your personal barriers to luck, whether obvious or unconscious, work in the same way: when you feel unworthy of luck for any reason, you don't perceive or pursue opportunities that can lead to success. Even worse, you may sabotage your own good fortune. Your #luck depends on you!
Giving in to fear and retreating to your comfort zone feels safe, but isn't really. It limits you and diminishes your power AND your access to opportunities and #luck. Fear is just excitement without the breath. Learn to recognize your triggers and breathe through them. #BeBrave
Did you know that the goals you have can affect your luck? Certain goals give luck "a reason to visit." A luck-worthy goal lights you up, is meaningful to you, and helps others as well as yourself. "Luckify" your goals for more success achieving them! #Consciousluck#LuckyGoals
Look at your recent calls--who are the last five people you called? Now look at the Favorites section of your contacts--who's there? For better or worse, these are the people that most influence your life and your #luck. Be conscious about those you allow into your inner circle.
Inspiring courage, kindness, and creativity--and their heart-breaking opposites--all exist in this world. You can easily find undeniable proof of whichever you look for. Optimists are aware of both, but lean into the positive. This is the secret to both happiness and #luck.
Sometimes luck doesn't look like luck--at first. A disappointment or as we like to call it, a "plot twist," can, with time, be a wonderful boon. If you can remember this, it will keep your heart--and your eyes--open so you recognize more luck when it arrives. #consciousluck

Are you a lucky person? Or an unlucky one? Stop now and check in with yourself. If you feel lucky from deep inside, it's proven that you'll be luckier. If you feel inherently unlucky, you're setting yourself up for more bad luck. If you're in the middle, start leaning into luck.
It's understandable that committing (and recommitting) to luck can feel useless when life is throwing decidedly unlucky events your way. But that's exactly the time you need to. Join the lucky people who "feel their feelings"--and then embrace a #lucky mindset. #MakeALuckyChoice
What are you unconsciously committed to? Hint: Look at the results in your life. Your challenges and your triumphs reveal your deepest commitments. Are you committed to always being right and in control? Or doing your best and being kind? To be lucky, make conscious commitments.
Often "good luck" and "bad luck" are just labels people use to relinquish any personal responsibility for events in their lives. #ConsciousLuck flips that script. Your actions, attitudes and associations create your luck--good and bad. #BeLuckyOnPurpose#YouAreInTheDriversSeat
It's a proven fact: lucky things happen to those who go for it--which includes taking risks, talking to new people, stretching outside your comfort zone. Eleanor Roosevelt said, "Do one thing every day that scares you." What scary thing are you going to do today? #consciousluck
Committing to being lucky without releasing your personal barriers to #luck is like filling a bucket that has a hole in it. Commitment opens the door, but to walk through you must become aware--and address--any feelings of unworthiness or resistance to happiness and success. #ULP
Being at the right place at the right time is an inside job. There's no way to calculate all the external vectors, so you need to trust your internal GPS, or the speed, direction, and setting that are uniquely yours--what we call your essence pace, intuition, and values. #belucky
"Luck is all around us, waiting to be found. But most people walk right by it and donβt realize itβs there for the taking. Thereβs enough luck in the world for everyone if you know where to look.β Barnaby Marsh #consciousluck
Feeling unworthy is one of the biggest barriers to living a lucky life. The Upper Limits Problem (#ULP) Gay described in #TheBigLeap affects your #luck as well. The keys are becoming aware of the symptoms of a luck ULP and the underlying fears, and then letting them go. #LuckyYou
People who feel #lucky have more luck because of their βposture.β Lucky people smile more, are friendlier, and even have a better sense of humor! Theyβre simply more attractive people energetically. Others are drawn to them, want to work with them, and generally support them.
You're luckier than you think. Our human survival wiring gives us an inborn tendency to pay more attention to the negative emotions and unfortunate events in our lives. The #lucky things are just as plentiful but we don't register them as deeply. #FlipTheScript#SavorTheGood
