@WeAreOpenreach so you're ready to connect people today with fibre? One of your engineers came last week. Cut off my existing broadband before checking they could install fibre. They couldn't. 2 promised visits from you to repair, 2 no shows and no communication. Very poor!
@WeAreOpenreach I am in daily contact with my service provider. What I need @WeAreOpenreach is for one of your engineers to come back and reconnect me to my old cable. He disconnected me before checking he could fit the fibre. This is down to Open Reach to fix!
@WeAreOpenreach As previously said Andrew I've been in contact with Sky several times. BUT, I'm only in this position due to YOUR incompetent engineer who cut me off, and two no shows from open reach engineers to rectify this situation. Just highlighting your organisations incompetence.
@WeAreOpenreach Yes I have spoken to Sky several times. This is a really unacceptable service. I work from home. No Broadband for a week. Ultimately its your engineers that have failed to arrive to restore my service.
@harrisdistiller just received a refill bottle for your gin. Very disappointed to find it's 50ml 1/3rd less gin whilst the price does not reflect this. Might as well buy the bottle again 😕 please make this clearer on your website!
