Situation complètement surréelle avec @GroupeLaPoste : après un an d’appels réguliers pour suivre l’évolution stagnante d’une réclamation, j’apprend que le dossier a été clôturé sans m’en informer et sans qu’il n’y ait eu aucune résolution.

Un conseil, ne jamais croire un mot venant du service client de @groupelaposte, après avoir entendu une multitude de fois ‘On relance le dossier et on vous rappelle d’ici 48h’ sans que personne ne prenne jamais suite, clairement, on n’y croit plus.

@groupelaposte Il s’agissait de frais de douane et TVA d’un montant de 390€ qui ont dû être injustement versés pour pouvoir recevoir un paquet d’effets personnels (chose très clairement mentionnée dans le formulaire d’envoi).

@groupelaposte avait promis à l’époque ‘C’est juste pour recevoir le paquet sinon la douane va le renvoyer à l’expéditeur mais vous remplissez un formulaire de réclamation et vous serez remboursés’. J’appelle ça de l’extorsion d’argent !

@LaRedouteUK is more useless than ever. Received the wrong item twice, had to pay for it twice, still waiting to get a refund and still waiting for the actual rug to be ordered and dispatched. It's been more than 3 weeks, I'm appalled by the poor quality of service.
