Patriots don’t try to reinterpret the Constitution for current political ideologies. Fake patriots do.

Literally everything you just typed is wrong.

1) Supreme Court justices are in the Judicial branch, not the DOJ.

2) The judicial oath is to protect the Constitution, it says nothing about borders.

3) Disagreeing with Trump isn't 'treason' under Article III.

4) The DOJ can't arrest judges for their rulings, and 'prison reparations' isn't a thing.

By your logic, Donald Trump should be in prison too. Federal courts ruled his actions unconstitutional over 80 times, including his border wall funding and his latest birthright citizenship order. Does he belong in prison for violating his oath too, or does your rule only apply to people who disagree with him?

You really need to read the Constitution before spouting off who is right.

This isn't a new ruling. The Supreme Court said the exact same thing in 1898 (Wong Kim Ark), 1982 (Plyler), and 1985 (Rios-Pineda). You're just mad that Trump's lawyers lied to you about how the Constitution works.

That 'pablum' is a direct quote from Chief Justice Earl Warren in 1958, not something Roberts just made up. Try reading a history book before calling people traitors

Under 30% of Americans actually support changing or abolishing the 14th Amendment.

Making up your own definition of "jurisdiction" doesn't change the Constitution. If they are on U.S. soil, they are under U.S. jurisdiction. That's exactly why the court just struck down Trump's order 6-3.

Because those are European nations built on centuries of shared ancestry. The USA is a New World nation built on migration that explicitly passed the 14th Amendment after the Civil War to protect citizenship. We have different legal roots

Because we have the United States Constitution. The very thing MAGA keeps trying to reinterpret. Which is why SCOTUS voted how they did. It’s cemented in the Constitution.

Was it democrats who tried to rewrite a constitutional amendment with an EO?

Was it democrats who violated the posse Comitatus act by putting national guard as domestic police forces in blue states?

Was it democrats who wanted ABC to have their license revoked for saying something they didn’t like?

Was it a democrat president calling for media personalities to be fired for saying things they didn’t like and using the FCC to put pressure on networks?

Did a Democrat president blame minorities, the press, and religious minorities for americas problems?

Is it a democrat president calling his rivals “communist, socialist, fascist, Marxist” all in one sentence, because they don’t know what those words mean?
