My comments aren't meant as mere complaints. Easy pandemic mitigations can be implemented here. Plus simple ones like placing a caution notice in front of seats w/fans

@Amtrak am having a disappointing train ride .. bathrooms are quite dirty and aren't being cleaned (combination of carless passengers and lack of routine cleaning) .. also someone has been smoking on this line going west, causing conductors to make futile threats of arrest...

And now there's a guy who didn't want to wear a mask. The conductors have been asking him to put it on. He finally put it on when they invited him to get off the train at the next stop, but then took it off immediately. So passengers have to police other passengers? #amtrak50

Also, your lack of COVID protocols is alarming... People are in line without masks on while waiting for the train, ppl with visibly active coughs are just hacking away on the train.. the bathrooms are filthy, at one point toilets wouldn't flush in one section.. help please!
