@Tinder what are you doing to protect your customers, particularly the younger ones? There are so many explicit photos and fake accounts. Not to mention your own company stealing money from genuine customers with double payments then refusing refunds.

#BBCYourQuestions please report the travel agents/airlines taking advantage of people during the COVID-19 restrictions. Flights and hotel cancellations are not being refunded. Call centres are shut due to lockdown and there are a lot of email delays if replied to at all.

@asda you have lost another customer. I will not be shopping with Asda, it's not worth the stress. Your own brand products are terrible quality. Your home delivery is a joke, night call centre is redundant and infuriating. I will be taking my money elsewhere, thanks !

@Raquelthefitz @leighj79 @asda @AsdaServiceTeam I've had 4 failed home deliveries in a row. I'm absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service. Will not be shopping there again. Not worth the stress.
