Sammy Contacos (@ContacosSammy) is a RS-Soph C from Lansing CC (MI) - experienced mature player, has been at the D1 level, extremely physical, one of the best defensive catchers we’ve seen in a while, + arm, excellent footwork, frames & blocks at an extremely high level & just has an all-around high IQ for the game, he’s shown he can swing it w/ the best of them in summer ball, hitting over .400 the past few years & even winning MVP & Hitter of the Year in the Johnstown Collegiate League (.474, 6 HRs, 29 RBIs), looking for an opportunity and has no problem competing for the starting job!
