10 (not in Gauteng but 9 is an awkward number) - I thoroughly enjoyed Wodehouse in Clarens and the few I've done in Drakensburg. I will be exploring Drakensburg more this year, maybe enough to do a thread on it. Below is a picture of Clarens - the most difficult hike I've done

9. De Wildt (Somewhere bordering NW- my favorite!) - R100. Trails: ranges from 5 to 27kms. There's a picnic and braai area, also overnight hikes
