But when we met, he was selling $80 business videos… and barely anyone showed up to his lectures. He loved teaching and helping entrepreneurs scale but he was completely over the marketing grind.

But what scares me is how many new coaches are being told to package transformation and charge premium without having the foundation to deliver it.

I had actual experience in my field. But I realized I’m not the best person to guide someone else through deep transformation. Not yet. Maybe not ever.

So I left that model behind.
And built a YouTube agency instead because I knew I could deliver results there.
