What we learned about Trump's game from Dechambeau's video:
-He parks his cart wherever the F he wants.
-He ain't no club champ, not with a yippy putting stroke + hopelessly flat swing.
--His drives go no more 215 yards. That's not gonna win diddly, much less "23 titles."
Work is in a state of flux: Who it’s performed for, where it is performed, and the terms of the deal. Charles Handy suggests that organizations known as ‘employers’ are now better thought of as ‘organizers of work’, suggesting a more transactional than relational arrangement. 🤔
When it comes to #Learning, we all might do well to think like engineers: “As civil engineers, we say, ‘We learn more from our mistakes than our successes.” via Jennifer Rubin
The problem with #DEI isn't the name, but the fact that something which should all along have been an operative value (like integrity) has morphed into another damned program, inviting bureaucratic oversight.

Stop offloading recruiting to Artificial Intelligence. Read the resumes. Your AI is leaking great candidates like a sieve. Their stuff is ending up in front of actual human eyeballs at another company. That’s why they’re not working for you. It's not easy. But it’s essential.
Looking to recruit more candidates? Create a great onboarding experience, and then ask for referrals during a new employee's first week – while they’re excited! #recruiting#onboarding#warfortalent
Recruiting? Know the difference between job requirements... and preferences. Are you looking for people who don't exist? Be willing to hire and develop potential. We may not have the luxury of a “ready-made” candidate these days. #recruiting#warfortalent
