When I was newer to DBD I thought the same, but playing with people who don’t know clock is genuine rage bait (assuming we’re trying to do well and get outs).

It’s the only way to give precise & consistent comms. “I’m to the left of the tree” doesn’t help me take a hit for you or coordinate resets

I understand why people think using clock in DBD with your friends is super sweaty and ruins the game, it just seems odd and sweaty
In reality it is conceptually not crazy hard to learn and enables you to have so much more fun and a new level of teamwork with your mates.
