the best time to go are the 2 weeks BEFORE hajj season starts (i.e when hajj visa becomes mandatory)

its early enough that most hujjaj havent arrived

but late enough that no one's coming for umrah

went 2 years in a row doing this

Please we are advising people to restrain from buying their umrah ticket before getting a visa.

I strongly advise to let have the package from agency of your choice.

And there would be no visa only,only whole package (ticket visa accommodation),or visa/accommodation.
