Great morning with lots of work being done in small groups with online forms to answer questions and then plenaries with some report backs. The technology is working great. Looking at participation and leadership from both the individual & organizational point of view.

What a fun idea to have coffee chit chat rotations (3) for networking. The technology is amazing on Zoom. Dividing a group of almost 90 people into groups of 3-4 people at a time to meet each other. Often a missing part of virtual conferences but nice to have to start the day.
