But you could just easily flip this and say youโre paying the same or sometimes even less than someone who rents if you have a 3% mortgage. With the real estate appreciation, you could come out very nicely. People, please donโt buy a house if you intend to live in it for less than 10 years. Youโre paying 65-72% of the total life interest of the loan if youโre there less than 10 years.
I think Iโm going to add to my $MSTR a bit more in the next couple of weeks. Anyone else? Whatโs a reasonable price target for $MSTR? Full transparency, this would not be a long term hold for me, simply a leveraged Bitcoin bull run bet.
I have now currently allocated 29.3% of my portfolio to Bitcoin $BTC, $ASST, and $MSTR
I have been gobbling up around the $81-83k range this go around and increased my allocation by nearly 10%
This bull run will be life changing.

@mrs_btc_ It is all one basket. Iโm betting that basket goes up forever. For context, I wouldnโt do this. Iโd rather own an etf like VTI/VOO/QQQM, etc. but itโs just interesting to think about.
If you had $10,000 and bought $2,500 of $NVDA, $2500 of $MSFT, $2,500 of $MU, $2500 of $META
The chance of you winning huge long term is practically guaranteed.
Stop buying individual stocks if you have under a 3 year time horizon.
