I got embarrassed in front of my girlfriend today over a $3 tip.

I paid for my food, took my change and pressed “No Tip.”

The cashier looked at me and said:

“It’s only $3. Why are you taking it back?”

I told him I wasn’t tipping for someone who literally handed me my food over a counter.

He got mad.

Then he looked at my girlfriend and said:

“Your boyfriend is a loser if he can’t afford to tip $3.”

That’s when I snapped.
