Matt Cook

Health researcher by background. 80,000 men through my programs since 2011. I’ll see you at 120!!

You can't trust doctors to know the full story today. Too much medical school propaganda.

My doctor friends hate doctors, lol.

Today you need other approaches based upon evidence.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@tradermike1234 first you need a setup.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@mikekarnj Hermes is great. I don’t trust bots from third parties the way I can trust my own.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@TheAhmadOsman Rewriting piece of libraries introduces other risks though. May be worse than the disease.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@joelcomm As I’ve gotten older and wiser (a little), the child in me still loves being right, but the greater smarter paper thin prefrontal cortex loves to see the other point of view and how “I” am wrong. Much more profitable in life to see other points of view.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@LowFloatTradez That’s the road to ruin.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@jeffbullas Thank you for what you're doing here. I appreciate it.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@jeffbullas I am at this stage very happy to be wrong. Just as much as right. That's what I'm saying. Not sure I was clear. I am not attached as much to my opinions, which is very liberating.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@tradermike1234 done

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@signulll Why I use Hermes that I host myself.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@NousResearch @Teknium @JensenHuang @NVIDIAAI I set up Openclaw on a VPS early in 2026 and took hours. A month or so ago I asked ChatGPT to set up a VPS and Hermes and it was done. Hermes has been incredible and since it’s on a VPS it’s relatively secure compared to running on my own local machine. Love Hermes.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@jeffbullas I’m in my mid 60s and I will slow down when I’m 120. Whatever life has in store for me, I don’t want to slow down.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@marclanders rather misleading. The effect was small. People 1 - 100 times use, and 100+ use, were the groups used. And people who quit by age 25 also did well.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@DrSuneelDhand PEA has been a godsend. Magnesium glycinate. Taurine. DMSO. Pregnenolone.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@SRxTrades Over 1000 stocks are down 40% already.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@ZaStocks I’m planning on going long tomorrow morning.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@marclanders Didn’t help my migraines at all. But THCA helps the pain somewhat.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@marclanders the difference in this study is minute.

[Matt Cook @CookResearcher]

@BasedTorba @Gab__AI I run paralllels on macOS. For Windows 11 apps I must run. It works great. No ads. Nothing bad.
