After 18 months feels weird to change PFP but it’s time to embrace my new identity by rocking this amazing OG @Azuki and make him my new forever PFP ⛩️
Thank you @BambooADND for the smooth deal and happy that I got the chance to meet another amazing member of the garden IKZ ⛩️❤️
🌱 Leaving my web2 identity behind and diving headfirst into the decentralized world of #Web3!
Excited to become a resident member in the Garden of @Azuki where innovation blooms and communities thrive. 🌿
Happy to connect with other fellow gardeners ⛩️🤝❤️
The Real Azuki Pivot No One Wants to Admit.
Everyone has felt the shift lately.
Fewer Spaces.
Less Discord.
Less “holder hand-holding.”
And suddenly the chorus starts: “lack of communication.”
The truth is simpler :
He stopped playing therapist for a community obsessed with floor price.
For three years, every move was judged through one lens:
“Will this pump?”
Not: “Will this build a global IP?”
That dynamic destroys momentum.
It creates noise, drama, burnout on both sides.
And at some point, a real founder has to reject the treadmill.
So @Azuki pivoted.
Detach from toxic feedback loops
and
redirect full energy toward building a real, self-sustaining ecosystem.
The TCG isn’t a side quest.
It’s a scalable, normie-friendly, bear-proof revenue engine.
A bridge to mainstream audiences.
A canvas for lore distribution.
A backbone for the future manga and anime.
The LA-first / US-first rollout?
Pure operational logic.
TCGs don’t scale through Twitter threads, they scale through local communities, tournaments, and nationwide distribution.
The reduced public presence?
Completely intentional.
Less talking, more shipping.
Less persona-dependence.
More deep work.
More long-term compounding.
And yes, the floor price is suppressed.
Yes — malicious actors exist.
Yes — the holder-base is polluted by flippers, farmers, and people who want everything immediately.
But a floor price is not a measure of IP health.
It’s a distorted KPI controlled by the wrong actors with the wrong incentives.
Here’s the part most people refuse to acknowledge:
@Zagabond isn’t disappearing.
He’s changing frameworks.
From a Web3-dependent project
to a true multimedia franchise:
TCG → Manga → Anime → Fashion → Lore Pipeline → Global brand.
Build outside Web3 to re-empower Web3.
And here’s the twist:
Not all holders are blind to this shift.
Some of us see the long-term plan.
Some of us understand the cost of great IP.
Some of us accept the silence because we recognize the work behind it.
Some of us actually want the founder to ignore the noise and focus on the empire.
Because the Garden was never meant to be a speculative Discord room.
It was meant to be a world.
A universe with depth, identity, and cultural weight, something that outlives the cycles and the farmer meta.
And those who understand this path know one thing with certainty:
The Garden will prevail.
Not because of hype but because of execution.
When the TCG ecosystem takes root,
when the manga ignites,
when the anime drops,
when the fashion collabs hits…
Everyone will say:
“Oh. So that was always the plan.”
As usual.
