STAR were delighted to welcome Mayor of Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Andy Burnham and Cllr Tom Ross, leader of Trafford Council, to our STAR team meeting this month. We discussed a range of topics including social value, devolution, good employment and carbon zero.

We are growing! Approvals are in place to expand STAR from the existing 4 Partners to 6 with @KnowsleyCouncil and @sthelenscouncil. We are very excited about our future as a pan-regional shared service, with opportunities for greater collaboration, economies of scale, and more!
