@cemeterydrive_x Can be caused by pollen and or pressure changes when it gets warmer - temp fluctuations/hotter weather can make them worse, for me some years they happen some they don’t!

@cemeterydrive_x Flucutation is totally normal and Can be a lot of things, keep doing what you’re doing 💪🏻- water weight, difference depending on where in your cycle you are, what you ate the night before etc! Easier said than done but best to limit to weekly or even better monthly for accuracy!x

@enxgmaaa Grapefruit juice inhibits an enzyme involved in the metabolism of certain antidepressants - which means the drug cannot be removed effectively so the concentration of the drug in the body increases and you’re more likely to experience negative side effects/drug-toxicity

@aceofspadess___ Not sertrone but another SSRI - nausea was my big thing get yourself some ginger beer and ginger biscuits that helped so much! wasn’t easiest couple of week but was still better than how I was before I had them so stick to it 💜 xx

@aceofspadess___ Peppermint tea with honey helps sooth it. And keep your immunity up I had the same and it’s progressed to a chest infection 🙃

@aceofspadess___ Would also like to point out people with GAD sometimes get health anxiety sometimes and sometimes don’t but just because you didn’t suffer anxiety for one health cocern does not mean it’s made up if the next time triggers it!!

Looks like @giveitsomewelly @PolarBearHull and @HullBoxOffice have gone.

All websites are down and I'm told staff have been told ,VMS the company behind them has gone into administration, and they will lose their jobs.
