Whoever invented the idea of Garlic bread should have their face printed on every single bank note in the world and have a bank holiday made for them to celebrate such a creation
@jetle_2010@DOUGHtechnology This is upsetting. I can’t understand how they got such glowing reviews from reputable sources like @tomshardware@pcgamer@Forbes and can still run this business model unchecked. Did -anyone- who isn’t a tech critic get a monitor at all?
@wpaddypaterson@DOUGHtechnology We expect to have all of this resolved in July. Furthermore, the dispatching of orders will be part of an ongoing process where orders will be dispatched regularly until all orders have been fulfilled.
@wpaddypaterson@DOUGHtechnology Although the vast majority of this production run did pass QC, we still need extra time to diagnose and resolve issues with our production operations that resulted in a less than satisfactory yield rate. Once resolved, production will resume, and shipping of units will continue.
@wpaddypaterson@DOUGHtechnology In July, my response was: We are excited to announce that the majority of the first production run has passed QC testing and shipping of these units to our local warehouses will commence imminently! 1/3
@wpaddypaterson@DOUGHtechnology It is better that we fix this now and ship high-quality products rather than ignore these issues and possibly ship faulty units to customers. After all, it is better to prevent than to fix.
@wpaddypaterson@DOUGHtechnology As soon as we fix this and start shipping, we can start allocating monitors and at that stage, I will be able to inform you when your monitor will arrive. Apologies for the delays and inconvenience, but we simply need more time to fix these issues related to production.
@wpaddypaterson@DOUGHtechnology Unfortunately, I don't have a specific update on your order just yet; we are still in the process of upping the yield rate for mass production. Once this is fixed we will be shipping out large quantities of units of Glossy monitors.
@mediatemple Who do I need to talk to in order to get some actual support on my ticket that's been outstanding for over three weeks with no updates since 2/28? It's ridiculous I just got billed $440 for a service I cannot use.
