The club was sad to hear the news that another of the 1977 National Village Knock-Out winning side, wicket-keeper Mick Shuck, had passed away. The club sends its condolences to his family.

Cookley will have a home tie in round one of the Voneus Cup on Sunday, April 24 when Hagley will be the visitors to Lea Lane. The winners will entertain Exhall and Wixford in round two on Sunday, May 8.
Cookley will host an under-9s cricket festival at Lea Lane this Sunday(July 4th) from 10.00a.m. with teams from Belbroughton, Hagley and Kidderminster visiting.
Cookley fell an agonising 15-runs short in their quest for victory in their Village knock-out tie at Bretforton. The home side were dismissed for 185 in 38 overs and Cookley finished on 171-6 in reply.
Our 1st XI match at home to @BredonCricket and our 2nd XI trip to @B_LCC have both been called off today โ๏ธ๐
