@missradders 10 year card only user. Never had an issue even when I lost a card. Their fraud prevention is particularly good.

Alas most big businesses don't staff the phones / chats with true process experts so uncommon issues can cause big bumps in the road. Luck of the draw 🫤

@AMercerMaths @MathsImpact @htfb @KerryDunton I couldn't help myself: some more accurate numbers. If the average per home is 2, the average loos needed per non-dom is 5.2. Include hotels and large buildings and I would say loos win.
