I got two keys cut at Treohan’s on Wednesday. I paid £10.90. I go in to get another set cut today (same keys) and was charged £13.90. The difference today the owner served me. This is not the first time. I want to support local businesses but the owner just takes the proverbial

@Twinkatwinks1 I went back today as the keys he cut did not work. The other guy was there. I raised it with him. He didn’t know what to say but I got the feeling this was not the first time he had heard this.

@MsLoyel I was glad to see them open and I am happy to pay a premium for good quality produce but I feel they are taking locals for fools. Rather than removing stock that is no longer fresh they choose to pass it off as fresh. We had to take sourdough back recently too as far too dry.

Really disappointed with recent purchases at All Greens. They charge premium prices for their products, which is fine, but for items with questionable freshness. We returned a melon last week that had mould on it (bought same day) and today’s watermelon was mushy and inedible.

The new greengrocers/deli on Abbeville Road - All Greens - is a rather wonderful addition to the village. Amazing selection of high end and well curated products to choose from. Their tomato selection was my particular favourite! Well worth a drop in.
