A majority of those cases were in the 60s during the most liberal court ever, but some had right leaning rulings. Either way, we've seen rulings get overtirned.

@IzPhilosophe @MikeDYoung @allenanalysis The Constitution in scope here is at the Federal level. And it says that Congress cannot blanketly establish a religion for the US, or prevent anyone from worshiping how they want, across all of the US. That's why all states have their own constitutions.
