Because @hp failed to remedy my under warranty laptop i was forced to buy a new one. Of course I did not buy an HP! Never again!

@HP has stated that my only option is to mail it into them AGAIN. After they failed to fix the issue the first time. They want me to be inconvenienced AGAIN, instead of standing by their under warranty product.

Once again @HP customer service fails. I mailed my under warranty laptop in for repair, the repair did not fix the issue, this is after working with them for weeks online and eventually replacing the operating system I do not have a working pc & cannot reach anyone who can help

So @HP has the worst customer service. I have an under warranty hp spectre that will not connect to Internet. Ive spent ~ 30 hours on the phone with customer ser. had to wipe pc completely and reinstall the OS. STILL NOT FIXED. i cant work & they wont provide a new machine

Don’t love the new iphone software. The new phone is meh and i can’t even charge it. The chord it comes with just won’t work with the wall bricks i have at home. So stupid to not have a way to charge/use the product you paid for @Apple
