I am heartbroken by the news that two servicemembers have been killed during the war with Iran. I am praying for their families and loved ones as we honor their service and sacrifice.
Two more American servicemembers have been killed by Iranian strikes in Jordan. Another is missing and four were medically evacuated.
My heart is broken for the families who are learning about this tremendous loss, and the others who are waiting for answers.
Our nation is forever indebted to our fallen heroes for their sacrifice.
I’m heartbroken to learn of the deaths of 2 US service members in Jordan. I’m praying for their families, and the families of all those missing and injured.
May their memories be a blessing.
Lori and I grieve for the families of the servicemembers killed in the line of duty in the Middle East — and we’re praying for the recovery of the missing servicemember.
Today and every day, we’re grateful and praying for our Pennsylvanians serving abroad, and the families they’ve left behind.
May the memories of those lost forever be a blessing.
I’m with @DanaNessel and the dedicated Dems of the 11th District at today’s Big Tent BBQ!
Thank you AG Nessel for nearly 8 incredible years of serving our great state! I’m proud to call you a friend and work alongside you to deliver for Michiganders.
Congressional Republicans refused to extend the Affordable Care Act's health insurance tax cuts, and now NH enrollment has already dropped nearly 8%.
I met with doctors and health leaders to discuss how this is hurting Granite Staters and the need to lower health care costs.
As we celebrated our nation's 250th anniversary, Trump celebrated the dark one year milestone of the "One Big Beautiful Bill" becoming law.
As children go hungry and seniors lose access to care, there is nothing beautiful about it.
We can thank Trump for making the outbreak of a parasite causing explosive diarrhea MUCH WORSE—seriously!
CDC used to track Cyclospora, but Trump gutted our public health infrastructure & made monitoring the parasite optional. Now, we're in the worst outbreak in U.S. history.
While we’re on the topic of declassifying intelligence assessments…. Trump’s IC still hasn’t released the unclassified version of the IC assessment of the 2024 election- something released within months of the 2020 and 2022 federal elections. Why won’t he? What’s the hold up?
President Trump’s pick to lead the Department of Labor, who is currently the head of the Office of Government Ethics, cannot name a SINGLE ethical concern he has about the President
This is the direct result of Donald Trump and Republicans’ Big, Ugly Bill. New Yorkers and patients across the United States will face undue suffering and worsening healthcare outcomes because Trump and radical Republicans favor their billionaire allies above everyday Americans. Their Ugly Bill has already gut federal healthcare programs and forced over 450,000 vulnerable New Yorkers off of their insurance and in-search of a new, more expensive plan, and this number is only expected to grow. https://t.co/tzP2zuztBp
They are losing, and they know it.
Election officials will not be intimidated. Senate Democrats will make sure resources are in place to fight back against any illegal activity by the Trump administration.
Republicans refused even the most basic guardrails on ICE. Now the consequences are being measured in lives.
The Trump administration rushed 12,000 agents onto our streets without ensuring they were fit to carry a badge and a gun—and Republicans gave this rogue agency vast power and no accountability. They cannot block every safeguard and then disown the deadly consequences.
We must pass the commonsense reforms Democrats offered to prevent more killings.
Trump's nominee for Labor Secretary already has an anti-worker record, and now he's asking for a promotion!
Confirming him would mean more of the same: cutting off overtime pay, undercutting unions, and letting corporations get away with robbery—literally.
I'm voting NO.
Trump wants $1.5 TRILLION of your tax dollars for war while American families are facing higher prices on just about everything.
Not on my watch. I'm using my power to tear up that sad excuse of a budget and write a new one.
