Yes I did it for awhile back in 2020-2021 those couple years would watch trading sessions back on Saturday mornings, I dont do anymore. Could get back into it haha it can be tedious. But I learned a ton from that those couple years and also learned my personality as a trader much better

I think there can be great value provided in them and its a good way to demonstrate lessons. Like risk management, tactics someone with smaller account should use, Strategies that can be applied using that account size
