Focus: control his COM during the stride by maintaining his posture while striding. This adjustment was aimed to allow him to drive the ball in the air consistently. 🚀

Kershaw’s with a fungo were especially effective during the session. This combo clearly exposed if he lost posture during the stride.

As a result, CJ saw his hardest hit balls occur in the air instead of on the ground while significantly improving his ability to backspin the ball to the pull side.🔥

A big part of Marc's issue is the timing of when he tips and when he slots the barrel. We started with a step-back to exaggerate his negative move, pairing it with a barrel load and short bat to give him the feel of a connected turn deeper in the zone
