@FaithOdhiambo8 @LawSocietyofKe LSK can do better. Systems should be rolled out gradually, with the old phased out only after the new is certified user‑friendly and all bugs fixed. Anything less undermines trust. 🚮

@Nkarichia @LawSocietyofKe Agree! Rolling out a new system with no proper user sensitization, just emails and user guide links. User challenges are lived experiences. Why not run both systems concurrently until full onboarding? Now it’s chaos, phones unanswered, and it’s Christmas break. Who planned this?
