@pennydee These are doctors who are super interested in going rural and yet Acrrmm seems to make it really difficult for them. Difficulty with recognition of prior learning.
I dont know why Acrrm makes life so difficult for GP registrars.
Talking to yet another Reg yesterday who is looking at swapping to RACGP, who seem to now be more rural friendly than ACRRM.

@pennydee Having to do so much ED training in a city. Having to do ED log books that are undoable for most people. Haveing an Ed ast exam that seems overly hard(for NSW registrars)

Saw someone throw a sharp in the recycling bin. Itโs the same color as the contaminated waste bin ๐ฌ๐ฌ. Sharp safely removed, doesnโt seem like a good system.
Patient sees me in GP with CHF, I check them out, tweak BP meds and review in a few days.15min
