I don't mind the crows but magpies are very cheeky. They even sneak inside the veranda if the door's open and eat my dry food. I just put up with it, they have to eat too, don't they?

(Janet) It's SIX YEARS since our allotments were saved from the bulldozers!
Robert played a major part in the campaign. He went to many meetings and was in the press and on TV.
We had amazing support from our followers and we will always be grateful to them ... and to Robert.

Rolf report 9 April: I ordered a catteccino from the nice people behind the counter at Caffe Nero in the FAB building. They served it right up but then I decided to take it home. Rolf x

The school library was always one of Cilla’s favourite places, she loved curling up with her little people to hear them reading. She also worked hard to keep the school library well stocked! No wonder our little people love reading so much.

The Memorial Garden is looking so lovely!

I often wander down there at night, when nobody is around.

I sometimes see Rachel at a distance, she doesn't know that I watch her.

Rachel keeps it looking tidy and weed-free.

I'm so glad that Pip made the Memorial Garden.

(Amanda) This green stuff I'm relaxing on is called 'Netting'. Colin puts it on his fruit plants to keep insects off.
Netting isn't soft and comfy like a blanket but I don't care.
I'm an easy-going sort of girl and that's a good thing, isn't it?

Lovely visit to @AllotmentCat HQ today to catch up with friends, human & feline! It was wonderful to be greeted by Amanda at the memorial garden. Robert’s statue was looking magnificent in the evening sun 🐈‍⬛☀️💖🌼🐾
Also spotted a mysterious new cat on way back to the veranda!
