Don’t forget to mark your calendars for the CooneyTech Drive-Thru Grill Out! The event will be this Wednesday, the 15th, from 10am-2pm, in the Oconomowoc High School parking lot. You can get great food, supporting a good cause, without having to leave your car! See you there!
We are heading strong through the end of week 5! Things are coming together nicely, and will be picking up the pace to work faster and efficiently. #frc#Robotics#team269
Week three is coming to a close, and the robot is coming along nicely! We are beginning to move from prototyping groups to regular groups, like mechanical or design. We are looking forward to and planning for the rest of the season! #frc#ilikerobots
CooneyTech is swinging into full gear! We have been working on prototypes for our robot’s hanging mechanism, shooting device, and intake. We have been having tons of fun in this year’s season! #frc269#robotics
Our second to last training week was a successful one! Mechanical disassembled the old robot, Electrical fixed Blinky and the old battery, Design taught the new members basic CAD and programming taught new members classes #ilikerobots#robots
Training is well underway! Mechanical is teaching new members how to slot, design is making a mock CAD, programming is teaching basic code, electrical is decorating our board in the hallway and circuit board, and chairmens is working on writing essays. #robots#training
Thanks @CooneyTech269 for representing our school and our #oconpride at the Milwaukee Regional competition! It was a great way to end Spring Break! @oconschools @TheOspotlight
Clooney Tech is at the Wisconsin regional, come down to get your coloring sheets! Which ever team colors the most wins a prize! @Unity4Tech is in the lead. You have until noon today!
Where are the colorers at? So far @Unity4Tech has a major lead in the coloring contest! Visit us in our pit to get the coloring sheet! Whichever team turns in the most coloring sheets and brings color to our pit wins!
Week 4 has shorted our build time by 3 days because of snow and the cold. Even with this, the programmers still were able to get the drive system running smoother! Electrical has also been productive and finished the CAD system for the electrical board. Design finished the CAD.
In week 3 even though we had a snow day causing us to lose a day to work, we got our robot driving! We also made progress with designing the elevator and lifting mechanism. Meanwhile, programming has been working on getting LED lights to act as a visual to help the drivers.
Week one was very productive! Through the generous assistance of our robotics mentors, we blasted through learning the rules to the 2019 robotics game! We are looking forward to many more great weeks this season. #omgrobots#FIRST#Destinationdeepspace
Thank you to the Oconomowoc Public Library for letting us participate in Coding Club, we had so much fun! We hope to continue this amazing program for years to come!
