One of my partner's reaction to this whole thing kinda sums up how I feel about it too >w>
"Movie at 11:15
Show up at 11:20
I can't believe they started the movie without me"
We all agree to show up at the same time for things, but at a cinema that just goes out the window?
I think this is a good thing but apparently I'm in the minority? Am I too woke for thinking less ads is a good thing? If you're bad at being on time, leave earlier and take the L if you arrive too early. It's what I've always done
Living with chronic pain and autism and only discovering at almost 30 that you're not supposed to be in pain all the time is wild. You're telling me that there isn't some socially arbitrary "pain level" at which point it's okay to go to the doctor or rest? Still feels weird.

@tomcatad I understand this completely. It's hard to figure out how to do the relationship thing in a way that doesn't hurt you or others, and needing that independence when you want love and intimacy from people is difficult. Wish it were easier, but it's worth it.
