@Vert65 Co-op City is indeed in the 45th Precinct. However, this homeless encampment isn't in Co-op City, it is in the confines of the 47th Precinct, hence why they are mentioned. Let's hope someone helps these individuals so they don't have to be out in below-freezing weather.
