In celebrating this Juneteenth, just remembering the past dream for our people that was solidified through slavery and civil rights. Hoping for a new dream for TODAY and a better tomorrow.

Celebrating Juneteenth, as a Black person is bitter sweet. We have came a long way, and I am thankful for that. However it seems like we as a "culture" have forgotten the things that brought us out of darkness, slavery and Jim Crow. MLK and them had a dream. What is ours?
