The summit brings together operators, engineers, and maintenance professionals working with Cooper-Bessemer Z-330 equipment for candid, peer driven dialogue. Sessions are led in collaboration with Cooper's O.E.M. technical subject matter experts, with discussions focused on operations, maintenance, and best practices specific to the Z-330.

The agenda includes technical roundtable sessions each morning and afternoon, group meals, and networking activities.

When a customer’s cylinder head failed during hydrotesting on a critical Worthington BDC compressor, Cooper’s downstream team, Cooper Compression Services, responded immediately.

The team quickly assessed the issue and proposed a rapid solution: manufacturing a new solid steel, two-piece cylinder head that not only could be delivered in days but also improved on the original head design. The customer approved, and the head was designed by our O.E.M. engineers and produced at our Houston, Texas facility using CNC lathes and mills to meet the tight turnaround.

The result: a fully machined, assembled, and shipped cylinder head—delivered on time and ready to support critical operations. This is what responsive engineering and downstream repair expertise looks like in action.
