We hope you will join us in celebrating Disability Pride Month and the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)!
Our mission is to empower the individuals we serve to live full, happy, and healthy lives within their communities.

We’re well into June, which means our Family barbecues are back! Individuals we support kicked off BBQ season at the farm on June 2 with live music, fresh food, and sunshine. CHS strives to create opportunities for our individuals to spend quality time with their loved ones.
Today, we celebrate all the fathers of our CHS community.
Thank you for your unwavering commitment to ensuring that your children have everything they need to thrive.
CHS is honored to serve families like yours.
We wish you a joyful Father’s Day.

CHS values fitness in all forms, and our staff makes that a priority across our programming. Whether it’s bowling, fishing, or cycling, what matters most is making sure individuals who we support are moving their bodies, staying healthy, and finding joy while doing so.
Our program at the CHS farm is expanding! This season, the farm team is planting fruit trees and building a new accessible blueberry bush patch, specifically designed for individuals with limited mobility. Gardening offers a wide range of physical and mental health benefits.
This Memorial Day, CHS honors the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our country. You remain in our hearts today and always.

Spending time in nature has proven a successful therapeutic tool for the individuals we serve, promoting wellness for both the mind and body. It also allows individuals to familiarize themselves with their neighborhood and feel connected to their communities.

Earlene resident Chris has reached a milestone accomplishment! Chris completed a #hike around the Rumney Marsh Reservation in Saugus. CHS proudly commits to supporting the individuals in our care in achieving their goals to further their independence and overall well-being.
Happy #MothersDay! To all mothers & those taking on motherly roles for loved ones in our care, your strength inspires us daily. We thank you for the difference you make in the lives of the individuals we serve & in our mission to support them in reaching their fullest potential.
May is #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth. CHS stands with those who fight invisible battles every day. Part of our commitment to the individuals we serve is advocating for all the resources necessary to thrive in the community, including mental health care.

Happy Earth Day! Encouraging outdoor activity and enjoying nature during all four seasons are top priorities for our programming. CHS is grateful for today’s reminder to appreciate the beautiful world we live in and its therapeutic benefits.

Warmer weather on the horizon calls for plenty of visits to the animals at CHS-Jackson Farm in our future. These furry and feathered friends help bring joy, ease anxiety, and reduce stress for the individuals we serve.
