I am excited and proud to say that I am now committed to Purdue University to continue my academic and athletic career. There are too many people to thank for helping me get here, but a special thanks to my parents, family, teammates and Coach Brian Forystek, Coach Eric Welsh, Coach Bill Copp and Coach John McCarthy. #BoilerUp #Compete #HardWorkStartsNow

Lincoln Way East was firing on all cylinders in a dominant 15-0 shutout victory over St. Rita 🔥⚾️
Owen “O-Dawg” Lense picks up the win, while Bryson Das slammed the door shut to complete the combined shutout performance on the mound 💪🏽
The Griffins exploded offensively with 12 hits in just 4 innings, led by Cooper Johnson who went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate. Then 3B Tyler Hudik delivered the dagger with a massive 💣 in the 3rd inning to put the game completely out of reach.
The Griffins keep rollin’ into postseason form with a 29-4 record and just one regular season game left before playoff time 🧢

Another gritty conference win for the Lincoln Way East Griffins as they edge out the Sandburg Eagles 3-2 in a nail-biter to close out conference play. 🧢🔥
This one meant EVERYTHING — with the victory, the Griffins officially lock up a share of the Southwest Suburban Conference Championship alongside Lockport. 🏆⚾️
Another complete TEAM effort from top to bottom.
🏆 Cooper Johnson was DEALING on the bump, going 6.1 innings with 5 punchouts while allowing just 2 runs.
🏆 Matt Ritter sparked the offense going 2-for-3 at the plate.
🏆 Tyler Hudik was an absolute vacuum at 3B with clutch defensive plays all game long.
🏆 SS Keegan Crabtree delivered the key go-ahead RBI that proved to be the difference maker.
🏆 Sophomore Ryan Harris (2028) came into a pressure-packed 7th inning with one out and two on… and slammed the door shut. ICE in his veins. ❄️
🏆🔥 And of course… Rocco “I Hit 💣s For My Momma” Triolo came through once again with a huge RBI double.
Co-Conference Champs. Mission accomplished… but the work ain’t finished.

Another gritty conference dub for the Lincoln Way East Griffins as they take down the Sandburg Eagles 5-2. 🧢🔥
Bryson Das was rock solid on the bump, allowing only 1 run over 4 strong innings to pick up the victory.
The middle of the lineup stayed scorching hot as SS Keegan Crabtree went 2/3 at the plate, followed by 1B Cooper Johnson launching a 3-run 💣 in the 1st inning to set the tone early.
But Little Caesar’s own, RF Rocco “Hot-N-Ready” Triolo said the ovens still weren’t hot enough… sending his 11th 💣 of the season over the fence in the 5th to put the finishing touches on another Griffins win. 🍕💣
Griffins Keep Rollin’. 🧢

The Griffins stay in rhythm.
Lincoln-Way East handles business in a 10-0 shutout over Stagg.
Bryson Das sets the tone with 3 scoreless innings to earn the win, while Owen Lense and Ryan Harris lock it down in relief.
At the plate, Purdue commit Cooper Johnson leads the charge — 3-for-4, 2 RBIs (and yeah… still waiting on those videos 👀).
Matt “SS” Safarik, Matt “Big Rit” Ritter, and Rocco “Da Bomb” Triolo each add 2 hits as the offense racks up 13 hits in just 6 innings.
Griffins keep it rolling: 22-2 overall.
