@ternarybard @yabhishekhd Terrible. The engineer said i was to blame for it! Said he'd write a report where I then could send the phone off to be examined by someone else at Samsung. Turns out now a report has been filed, @SamsungUK aren't interested in the phone because of what the report states!

@SamsungUK As you can see, the damage is on the crease where the hinge is! This is a common fault with the design, you just don't wanna be held responsible!!

@SamsungUK claim I have done this myself! The crease in fold has shattered after 2 months! They want £600 to fix it rather than replace it under warranty!! #zfold7 #problems
