@MartinSLewis Hi Martin, Can I ask with the future price rise per unit of electricity and gas (new capped limit). Does this mean the standing charge will increase as well for each service? I have just seen some posts saying Bulb are doubling it, seriously hope not.

@janfromdevon I am in the middle of buying a new build and they use Green Belt for the estate charge, I am told the charge will be £144.62 + vat. What has been your experience of the price increasing? Would love to hear. Thanks
