@ASOS_HeretoHelp I’ve been waiting for my order for three weeks and Hermes have no more updates. I’ve been back and forth with the other social media and emails and they never give me an answer and are wasting time. Can I get a refund as it’s getting ridiculous now it’s been ages

@ASOS_HeretoHelp I have a parcel problem. I ordered on the 26th and it’s still not here. It was meant to come on the 4th of June. Hermes say it’s been delayed but that was the 1st of June so it should be here. I think it has been lost.
