A quick story on @goldcarcares I book a car for pick up at 3pm and wait in a queue for 90 mins to collect the car at 4:30pm. 1 week later I arrive back at 3:30pm and wait 30 mins for someone to check the car. They then charge me a €40 euro late fee….1 of 2 cont’d

And by the way asking customer to pay €40 to skip the queues using a VIP lane is downright bad practice and awful customer service. @MartinSLewis this is now common practice for hire car companies at airports around Europe #ripoff
