@vishalgulati_ @HealthEugene @liz_rockett @chrissyfarr @margaretlaws @boltyboy True @vishalgulati_ - it just often takes longer to build great companies in HC... and those entrepreneurs need to make sure their capital partners understand that upfront and are investing out of a vehicle that allows them stay at the table (and not do anything crazy) :)

Thks @liz_rockett & @chrissyfarr 100% agree- traditl #VC model has driven transformation in so many industries but led HC down a more incremental path to fit 3-7 year hoirzon. We need to innovate the funding model -longer horizons, across dev stages, bringing more than $$$, etc
