Vandaag markeert de start van de serialisatie van mijn eerste boek uit de Good Money-trilogie: "Good Money – How Complementary Value Currency Can Save Us from the Current Crisis" hier op X. Elke vrijdag om 9:00 AM EST deel ik één tekstpagina, gekoppeld aan de bijbehorende figuur – ideaal voor reflectie in het weekend. We duiken in ideeën die appelleren aan economie, filosofie en menselijke duurzaamheid en de status quo van ons monetaire systeem uitdagen.

We beginnen met de "opdracht", een aangrijpende pagina ter ere van mijn overleden vader, Franz Van Coppenolle. Hij overleed op de dag dat ik dit eerste boek afrondde – een synchroniciteit die als lotsbestemming aanvoelde. Dit werk werd geboren uit zijn droom, net als de geboorte van Athena uit het hoofd van Zeus. Hij geloofde dat God ons uiteindelijk zou redden aan het einde van de Apocalyps – onze "Moeder van Alle Oorlogen". En dat wij geroepen zijn om te helpen.

Om dit familie-erfgoed te verrijken, dook mijn moeder in het opzoeken van onze stamboom en ontdekte een mogelijke link met Jan Van Coppenolle – of mogelijks zijn jongere broer – een rebel uit de 15e eeuw uit Gent. Jan leidde een felle opstand tegen het Habsburgse bewind in Vlaanderen en sloeg zijn eigen munt, de "Coppenolle" (of Coppenhollestuiver), als symbool van verzet en zelfbeschikking. Voor zijn stoutmoedigheid werd hij onthoofd op 16 juni 1492 op de Vrijdagmarkt in Gent. Net als ik was Jan een rebel met een goodwillend motief #RebelMetEenCause: vechten voor (het) Go(e)d(e) in een onrechtvaardig, zelfs kwaadaardig systeem, met geld als cruciaal instrument voor verandering.

In een diepgaande Jungiaanse sessie van actieve verbeelding – een meditatieve praktijk om het onbewuste te verkennen – verscheen Jan aan mij en verklaarde dat zijn geest voortleeft in mij.

Deze voorouderlijke echo voedt mijn passie voor "Good Money", waarin ik een nieuwe complementaire valuta voorstel in drie kleuren (blauw voor economische waarde, rood voor sociale, groen voor milieugerelateerde) om ons te redden van de huidige crisis en overvloed te herstellen, zowel materieel als spiritueel. Dat was de droom van mijn vader.

Germany’s “Wirtschaftswunder” wasn’t about scarcity. It was about value creation.
The post‑war boom in Germany is often miscast as a triumph of “hard money.” In reality, the Wirtschaftswunder (economic miracle) was driven by rebuilding destroyed infrastructure, factories, and homes — unleashing human creativity and productivity. Scarcity didn’t build prosperity; it merely allowed elites to harvest interest on the real value created by ordinary Germans.
We see the same dynamic today in crypto projects like SKY, where scarcity tokens are engineered to extract rents from genuine innovation. SKY works by limiting supply and charging fees for liquidity, rewarding insiders while users bear the cost. Scarcity is not wealth; it is a toll booth.
Cigarettes as currency in 1948 prove the opposite: people naturally gravitate to money tied to real goods. Cigarettes were both a “bad” and a “good” — consumable, exchangeable, and universally valued. That’s what made them work as money, not their scarcity.
Good Money offers a true alternative: a currency backed by real economic goods — value stocks, productive assets, transparent reserves. Instead of taxing growth through artificial scarcity, it aligns money with human value creation. When productivity rises, money remains stable or strengthens, rewarding savers and builders alike.
Scarcity is not the miracle. Value creation is. And money should serve it, not siphon it.

When I became persona non grata in my own country, I first fled to Switzerland, inspired by the same naive admiration of the Swisse culture of independence, freedom and direct democracy. My family and I were not safe there either. We lived several years in Russia, subsequently, until we fled it too. I discovered there how Russia and Germany were the victims of international terror, sacrificing about 66 million Russians and Germans last century. I discovered who runs the show. Two and a half months after the final loss of the crusaders (much like today US has lost to Iran) - the time it takes to travel there per horse back from the Holy Land - Switzerland was founded by the Knight Templars. The name, both in German as well as in French, is a contraction of "Sisters Isis" --> "Suisse/Schweiz", the dualistic twins resulting from Mesopotamian Mother God Ishtar, later turning into Ashtaroth, member of the Dark/Evil Trinity. The Statue of Liberty represents him. They became the international bankers, while the original Swiss people, Christian peasants, were called Cretins, meaning idiots. It is indeed a good and very inspiring speech. With Shakespeare's Marcus Antonius we could say: "Sure President Bukele is an honorable man." And I still love him too.
But the fact of the matter is that he sold out to the same system he exposes here: e.g. to the IMF, as he abandoned Bitcoin's legal tender status, to obtain ... their loan.

Every Friday at 9:00 AM EST, I'll share one text page paired with its accompanying figure from the coupled page—perfect for weekend reflection. We'll dive into ideas that blend economics, philosophy, and human sustainability, challenging the status quo of our monetary system.

We begin with the dedication, a poignant page that honors my late father, Franz Van Coppenolle. He passed away on the very day I finished writing my first book—a synchronicity that felt like fate. This work was born from his dream, like Athena’s birth from Zeus’ head. He believed that God would eventually save us at the end of the Apocalypse – our “Mother of All Wars”. And that we were called to help.

Adding layers to this family legacy, my mother delved into our "stamboom" (Dutch for family tree) and uncovered an ancestral link to Jan Van Coppenolle—or perhaps his younger brother—a 15th-century rebel from Ghent. Jan led a fierce uprising against Habsburg rule in Flanders, minting his own coin, the "Coppenolle" (or Coppenhollestuiver), as a symbol of defiance and self-determination. For his boldness, he was beheaded on June 16, 1492, in Ghent's Vrijdagmarkt square. Like me, Jan was a rebel with a cause: fighting for fairness in an unjust system, using currency as a key tool for change.

In a profound Jungian active imagination session—a meditative practice exploring the unconscious—Jan appeared to me, declaring that his spirit lives on through me.

This ancestral echo fuels my passion for "Good Money," where I propose a new complementary currency in three colors (blue for economic, red for social, green for environmental value) to save us from our current crisis and restore true abundance, both materially and spiritually. That was the dream of my father.

Sexual Healing kills the Beast
A woman feels a man’s soul – the quiet mix of wisdom, kindness, and courage – and says “yes”. That single choice is the engine of sexual selection in human evolution. Over the past five hundred million years, the best souls won, their children inherited wiser souls, and the whole species climbed step by step toward God, a contraction of the word "Good", hence #Go(o)d, as in #GoodMoney, #GoodFood and #GoodAI.

That God is Mother God, called Sophia in Ancient Greek – simply the word for wisdom, I called my daughter after Her. Our species became the homo sapiens, translated from Latin as "the wise man".

Father God emerged from the other selection criterion, natural selection, not driven by love and procreation, but by fear and dead. As God the father "Time" Chronos / Saturnus he eats his own children and leads inevitably to our Apocalypse, human extinction. Isaac however is rescued when Abraham sacrifice him too (an altar can be compared with a modern day BBQ), by an Angel, his name resembles Michael, the killer of the Beast. I named my youngest son after Him.

Love Don't Live Here Anymore
Love is the selector. Every (wo)man looks for a soulmate. For men (who gave their name to mankind), not just strength or money – she feels the Anima inside the man (Latin for “soul”, with a female ending "a" – the psychologist Carl Jung’s word for a man’s inner feminine spirit or soul). Soul in Ancient Greek is Psyche, we recognize it in psychology, the "science of the soul."

When his Anima is whole – wise yet gentle, brave yet non-violent – she chooses him. Their children are born with a slightly better Anima. Repeat this sexual choice for 500 million years, across countless generations.

Result?
The Holy Spirit of humanity is born – the sum of all healed male souls across time. That collective healing is Sophia, Mother God, the healing spirit. Remember Sexual Healing of Marvin Gaye? Do you now understand why Maria Magdalena is sometimes depicted as a prostitute? And Why "Mother Mary is "speaking words of wisdom" in "Let It Be"?

Loving sexual selection emanates God, and inversely perverse (anal) rape can emanate the Devil. Modernity is not evil, but the dominance of Father God. He can still change his mind. It is not yet to late. Wendy says, "But he does so need a mother," in J.M. Barrie's novel, as she tries to convince Peter Pan that he should stay with her family and grow up. In our Apocalypse we still fight the pirates, instead of loving Mother God - Sophia/Wendy - who dreams us up as Truth.

“Goal” or "meaning" in Ancient Greek is telos – the built-in purpose that pulls life's evolution forward. Therefore Telos is the meaning of life. For us, homo sapience, that is Truth or Wisdom, Sophia, i.e. Mother God.
