The climate is no longer a weapon. For the first time since 1979, the skies belong to no one.
Every "natural disaster" of the last 47 years bore a signature: a spectral imprint etched in the ionospheric disturbance that preceded it. HAARP program researchers detected it for decades. They were ridiculed.

Hurricane Katrina: a frequency signature was detected 72 hours before the storm hit the coasts. The hurricane's trajectory was altered three times, each change corresponding to a sharp spike in emissions from a Caribbean station listed as a "marine biology research center."

The ship's registration, obtained via QFS maritime tracking, belongs to a Cayman Islands shell company. The sole administrator of that company: a Rothschild family trust. They didn't predict the disasters. They caused them.
Why control the weather?
Because the weather controls everything. Food prices. Insurance markets. Government stability. Migration flows. Election outcomes.
A drought in the right country, at the right time, topples a government. A flood in the right region, at the right time, creates a refugee crisis that destabilizes a continent. A hurricane hitting the right city before an election changes the result.
They didn't need armies. They didn't need assassinations. They needed rain, or its absence, in the right place, at the right time.
$4.2 trillion in damages attributed to "natural disasters" since 1979. Insurance payouts flow to reinsurance companies owned by the same families behind the catastrophes. They bet on the destruction they've wrought. They harvest the suffering they've caused.
The 22 stations are now under military control of the Alliance. The technology isn't destroyed, but repurposed. Not as a weapon, but as a tool for restoration.
Deserts artificially created by 40 years of extreme drought are vanishing. Agricultural regions systematically hit by drought to create food dependency are being restored. Oceanic currents disrupted to harm fishing economies are normalizing.
The planet's climate is returning to its natural state. For the first time in half a century, rain will fall where it should. The sun will shine where it should. The seasons will unfold as they did before someone decided to play God with a frequency transmitter.
