@Mo_naae I personally wouldn’t commit to buying one unless I knew it was going to be a big part of my fitness and I was dedicated to using it very often.
@Mo_naae They are bulky and expensive it’s mostly about steady state cardio and having an incline. You won’t normally find a hill to walk straight up for 30 mins straight but you can still achieve a lot with just walking without a treadmill if you don’t want one.
About 50% of the way through “The Body Keeps the Score” and it has been a dramatic eye opener, not just for my own life but for many of the people I love and have befriended.
Back in Uni, a girl mocked my presentation one time so I searched for her group and asked the topic they were presenting on. I spent 4 days researching on it and asked her so many questions like it was common knowledge that she cried.
Stay blessed precious one.
I wish more people were talking about how, next week the Supreme Court might overturn the Indian Child Welfare Act, which is the 1978 act that makes it illegal to kidnap Native children from their homes.
If that falls, it'll just be legal to steal Native children again I guess.
