This 9-year-old from Texas was thrown from his wheelchair by a bully after dressing as a police officer during career day at his school. This morning, he got to meet many of his heroes, who escorted him along on a tour of NYPD Headquarters.

Cops care For Kids & the 122Pct Community Affairs visited with the Lavigna family at a local hospital to deliver toys and joy in support of their child who is undergoing treatment for a rare pediatric illness.
