Repeated 3 times today across @Olacabs and @Uber. Why accept rides if drivers don't intend to take them? Customers are left waiting while companies do nothing. Screenshots attached.

@ola_supports Thanks for the response. However, this is a recurring issue, not an isolated incident. Customers shouldn't have to wait while drivers accept rides only to ask them to cancel. Looking forward to seeing actual corrective action taken.
